As I began my assessment, I noticed that the modem's plug was not connected, which I could confirm through my tracking. After reconnecting the plug, I patiently waited for the device to come back online, which it successfully did. Following that, I performed a reset on the safe. To my satisfaction, it began uploading the necessary files without issues. I then proceeded to conduct several tests to ensure proper functionality. After my evaluations, I contacted G4S and spoke with John. He conducted tests on the safe as well, and I?m pleased to report that everything was successful.

I arrived onsite and found safe powered off, PCB failure shows no display and board leds are blinking with corresponding ticking sound after bill acceptor initialized. Board was replaced with updated part and SD card installed production file version 6.58. Deposita agent Peter assisted with safe configuration and setup report was sent via text message for additional information needed. Manager Edgar account was created for adding other employee accounts and all parts have been returned to Tidel.;

To access the paper clip I removed ap9 then removed the paper clip. I then reset the error and it automatically went into verification which completed successfully. Kelly also tested the unit cash out and in successfully. I called Sesami spoke to Juan and informed him of my findings and to question the couriered part. He said nothing was sent. Service completed. At arrival right BA is not in service. Inspected and cleaned. Nothing unusual found. Reseated BA and came into service. Manager Tamika tested it successfully. Manager also complained about bottom.storage vault not opening. Handle is dragging. This safe has been vandalized in the past. The corner of the door has been hammered and very likely out of shape. You basically have to press the bottom corner of the door with your foot to get handle to slide up and down somewhat free. Inspected one of the bushings and indeed there is a lot of grinding going on. Called Tidel with pictures of the issue to take some type of an action.;

Site said columns 3,5 & 6 will not dump. Cleared jam in both columns 3 & 6. Column 5 was already empty. Once cleared loaded tubes in all 3 columns and tested by dumping each column. All worked perfectly. Reloaded tubes. Returned keys to Drop vault. ;

Pick up part from UPS FSL Riverside, courier showed up at 1558 pm Arrived on site, checked the upper modules, note router, transition gate and deposit cassette, when the recycler initialized the deposit cassette makes a grinding noise, i replaced the deposit cassette, The issue was resolved; Carlos, the store manager, ran tests on the recycler. During the third test, the 5th cassette triggered error HW1873. I inspected the cassette and the entire bill path but found no jammed banknotes; the error cleared, but the unit failed verification. I replaced the dual cassette; although the verification process moved the bills, it still failed. The recycler had multiple errors—specifically, the deposit cassette was inoperative, and tests were failing. I contacted Sesami Technical Support and spoke with Steve to diagnose the recycler; he had me check the cassette rack alignment. I found a missing spring on latch 13 and several loose screws, all of which were then tightened. Steve had to disable the verification process and clear all errors to proceed with the repair and diagnosis. Once the errors were resolved, I put the recycler back into service; Carlos ran further tests, including an audit of the 5th cassette, and all tests passed successfully. ;

Had the customer feed the notes back into the unit from the transport, and the notes were accepted successfully. Cassette 5B was showing full with 1,024 $20 notes. Customer did not have access to perform loans, so a dispense test could not be completed. Customer did have registers available for check-in testing. We attempted check-ins, and a few bills were rejected; customer manually dropped one $20 bill and two $5 bills and successfully completed a check-in on the next self-checkout register. Customer was advised that a dispense test could not be performed due to lack of access. Solution: Unit is working, and the customer was able to perform the required drops successfully. Installed part and called Sesami to get access to the Legacy menu. Spoke with Arkam and we solved the original issue of the End of Day report. There was also an issue with cassette 2, but after blowing out all the dust, it came back into working order. All errors cleared. Tested Recycler with manager Adrian. Made sure the account close was going through, and it was successful.;

There were a couple dollar bills stuck in the Milan, so pressed the arrow button to try to push them out and clear the escrow unit. However, the black bar that the Milan wraps around wasn't moving by itself. Called Sesami to have a bew escrow unit ordered. Retrieved it from FSL Denver and returned to install it. After install, started the unit up and performed three successful Loans and Pick-Ups. Unit is Up and Open. 2:22pm 09/13/2026 EDM.;

I replaced the right side power supply and all power was restored to the board as well as the display. I tested by performing several open and close sequences with the tube vend gates, and all door solenoids fired without issue. The safe us up and open.;

Arrived on site to replace the cassette of the client said Garda broke during a pick up. They stated that he went to re-serve the cassette. He jammed it in the unit and it no longer functioned after that I tried to reseat it the only way it would initialize was with the new cassette. I had the clients test to drop to make sure it was functional and it was leaving the site. The unit is working as intended.;

Using protective equipment drilled out broken thread from door slide. Rethreaded door slide for new ball handle. Secured ball handle with locktite, had customer test opening door, tested fine. Cleaned safe display and blew out bill acceptor. Advised customer to be cautious of liquid or food damage to the safe. Also informed customer to allow Loctite to harden for a few hours before putting too much pressure on the door handle.

Arrived on site, Dawn gave me access to CRS. Opened upper and lower door, went forward with replacing note feed module as instructed from TS. Rebooted machine, had some issues with lower door lock sensor, pulled out white plunger as it was possibly stuck, then rebooted machine. After rebooting, cleared all errors, did test withdraw and deposit with Dawn, over 600 notes tested. CRS operational.;

DJ with Deposita connected me to Xavier. Problem: Customer was receiving error SF03 banknote stuck HW 17410 Troubleshooting: Opened the Upper Unit Requested Manager Xavier to check the UU. He found $1 and he removed. The $1 note had tape on it. Note recycler / Clear error/Fix Jam Saw resetting note recycler / Error cleared. Solution: Error cleared after the $1 note was removed from the Upper Unit. Xavier logged in and successfully completed a Check In (Deposit). He was very happy. Issue resolved. Case Closed.

Spoke to manager. Vend tube assembly would sometimes make a clicking noise when trying to vend and then become unavailable. Would work after a reboot. Took out assembly. No signs of damage to sensors, timing disc, or motors. Data port was bent. A PCB was sent out. Called tidel to order a tube vend board and they set it for pick up. Picked up part. Replaced tube vend board. Test vends OK. No other issues. Safe up.;

Tested with my meter, it is getting sufficient voltage, could be faulty solenoid. Replace right side power supply. Distribution pcb was replaced by previous tech. Double checked all connections associated with drop vault to make sure they were seated correctly. Extensive testing of new drop vault solenoid to ensue proper function. Had manager test door multiple times to make sure it works during normal operation. Patched drill hole with JB weld and cleared away excess. Reattached lock covers and closed door. Tested mechanism several more times just to be safe. No other issues found, unit up and open. ;

Ernest 884 2950339787 P/ 3rd time in a week getting a call for issues with the TV. Wrong tubes being dispensed or dispense option not available. C/ bad tacc board and encoder disk R/ replaced the tacc board because i was getting a motor three right side encoder error. After replacing the tacc board, I got a motor one left side encoder error. I had to go to Joel?s house to pick up a new taccboard. after replacing the second tack board both motor encoder errors went away, but then I was getting motor three dispensing errors. I replaced the encoder disc on motor three and four and now the unit dispenses correctly. I dumped all tubes refilled all tubes and then dumped all tubes again with manager. No issues after. Sent back both boards. Joel transferred board from his stock to mine

Pulled and cleaned both acceptors. Reseated interface cards. Inspected cassette. Cleaned display and exterior. On testing green light for left acceptor did not light, acceptor down. Replaced left acceptor. Dropped on both sides, OK. ;

Arrived on site and checked in with MOD Syndie, received part from her, then went to safe for service. Observed tube loading gate only moving a fraction of an inch, then stopping. Replaced loading gate solenoid, but there was no change. Upon closer inspection, observed a large amount of residue all over tube vend, which I later found out was dried liquid from a spilled drink. Took apart tube vend module and thoroughly cleaned each part. Put back together and reinstalled tube vend module, and this time, loading gate opens and closes smoothly. Return tracking number is 454761104207708. No further errors were observed. Unit is up and open.;

Arrived to site found tube 2 jammed. Cleared jam by hand no further issues found closing call. ;

Voltage at power plug on TACC board 5.08V. Voltage on distro board 5.12V. Suspect bad TACC pcb. Called Sesami, part available in Ft Myers FSL. Going to pick up. Replaced TACC PCB, dumped all columns and loaded individually to ensure correct counts. Printed current content. Maria vended a tube of quarters and we printed another content report. Column 3 count reduced by 1. Powered off safe for 2 mins. Powered up and printed another current content. Totals are still correct. If issue recurs, may need to replace Control Panel PCB. Safe is UAO. Return tracking 1Z7611409053966089;

The gear shaft of the cutter was bent replace printer tested twice with monitor John. It?s good to go.

Arrived on site and checked in with on site management. Staff reporting left side BA jammed and non functioning. Removed BA and found note jammed in feed entrance. Removed jam and reinstalled. Confirmed device status normal. Management performed test deposit, all notes accepted. ;

Arrived and verified safe. Called tidel for override code since due to no manager onsite. 5v and 24 v low so adjusted via Potentiometer. According to manager Tim, they have been having BA issues as well. Attempted to dispense from column 3 but hear no motor. Removed tube vend and notice tube jam, inspected motor and reseated cables. Turned safe back on and can hear motor but now column 4 has blockage. When dispensing, no motor sound again. Removed tube vend and noticed that the column 4 sensor white cable is torn off. Removed sensor and luckely had a spare. Replaced sensor and was able to successfully dump all tubes from column 3 and 4. Since manager Tim is 45 minutes away and nobody has permissions to deposit, Tim had me move tubes to drop vault which I did. Performed PM on both BA's and swapped BA sides. Issue stayed on right side and noticed loud banging noise. Removed cassette and noticed its in need of PM. Perfomed minor PM inside cassette without removing notes with canned air and cleaned sensors. BA2 side is now cycling properly and status shows ready. Staff was able to test and confirme that both BA's are now working properly. Smart safe is back in service.;

On arrival the customer reported BA 1 failure status. I found coffee grounds and beans all inside the BNF. I replaced the BA 1 assembly including the BNF and the BA. Still failure. I swapped BA1 and BA2 and the failure issue remains in BA1. I removed the BA assembly and tested voltage on the 7th and 8th pin on the MEI card. I replaced the MEI card. Still failure. I then replaced the entire BA housing assembly and that seemed to do the trick. Unit is dropping as designed with no issues. The cable was reported to be replaced, but its the part that the MEI card plugs into, rather than the cable itself. Call completed.

Traced surge protector power cable and found it was plugged into itself. Plugged into a working outlet. Put safe back together. Powered up and had Hope test various functions. All working fine now. ;

Upon arrival, I removed the BV cleaned it and reseated the BV. Will not cycle properly and cannot insert bills due to the tongue not dropping down in the front. I then replaced the BV with the replacement and Keisha tested thoroughly..;

Upon arrival, the staff pointed me to the replacement parts and advised that the display would occasionally stop working. I observed that the display was currently functioning normally. I replaced the display and powered the safe back on. The new display operated as expected. The staff then advised that the display would go blank because the entire safe was power cycling. Based on this information, I determined that the root cause was likely the PCB rather than the display. I transferred the contents of the current PCB's SD card to the SD card of the replacement PCB, installed the new PCB, and powered the safe back on. After waiting the required 10-minute delay, I opened the acceptor vault and performed a Restore from Card. Once the restore was complete, I verified that the safe serial number, date and time, and configuration had transferred successfully. I advised the staff that the PCB replacement should resolve the issue. However, if the safe continues to power cycle, they should submit another service request. Neither package had a return label included. I reached out to Tidel's text line for parts, and after about 30 minutes I spoke with a support agent who emailed me two return labels. Unit is up and open.;

Arrived on site. Called tidel spoke to Jefferson he provided pacn. Employee Judy authorized my pacn. I cleaned BA, inspected casse found left casse was full. I asked judy if grada courier picked up funds she said as far as she know they had. I asked if we can put funds from cass into a bag she then called her head manager Maria who asked me to wait here while she comes in. Waited about 15-20 min and she arrived. I explained the same issue to her that cassette was full. She confirmed grada had not came to pick up funds. I advise her to tell her employee to only use right side since left casse was full and they didn't want to put the money in the bags. Maria also informed me that the gate on tube vend solenoid works sometimes. I powered safe off and reseated connections. Sprayed wd40 on mechanism. I was able to get solenoid to open and close constantly. Machine is up and functioning. Maria split the cash between both casse so now customer can use both casse.;

***TECH#196 CATO*** On site 9/12@10:30am. On arrival Jolene stated they were able to correct the issue, that both doors are opening now. She allowed me to check the safe and confirm both doors are functioning as normal. No parts replaced, see photos attached

Upon arrival I was able to change cassette 2 and perform a note exchange as well a verification. Afterwards multiple stress tests were done with the MOD(MARY) and the machine is fully operational ;

Arrived on site, I brought a note feeder module with me. Debra gave me access to CRS. I logged into the CRS, error HW 17409 on arrival. I opened all the doors and inspected the machine. The note recycler module was not fully contacting the upper transport. I lifted it up , and I noticed the bracket on the left side of the escrow, facing the machine, was lose. One of the screws was not tighten down. Just to make sure I chdcked right side of the escrow too, one of the screws was not tightened. I inspected the CRS, saw no other issue outside the note recycler not fully seated into the upper transport. I did a stress test for a hour, 220 notes out and in, all successful. I stopped because I was nearing MoD Debra's daily limit. CRS operational, stress test performed;

Upon arrival bot acepting bills. Opened maintenance door and removed aceptor, didn?t find any jams or signs of spillage or damage. Replaced acceptor and tested good by customer.

Decided to replace the USB-b mini cable and used USB extention so there was enough to get from pc to vault cover door. Both parts were sourced locally. Arrived to site and replaced cassette 5 with own trunk stock cassette. Was able to clear error and verify, did cash test with Briana. Closing call;

Upon arrival, the MOD advised that Loomis had attempted to perform a cash pickup three times but had been unable to open the acceptor vault. I contacted Burroughs Technical Support and obtained a PACN code. Once I was able to log into the safe, I attempted to open the acceptor vault several times. After multiple attempts, the acceptor vault finally opened. I continued testing the door, but it would no longer unlock, indicating an intermittent loss of power. I checked the output voltages of both power supplies. The left-side power supply was outputting 24.2 volts. The right-side power supply was outputting 5.2 volts. When I initially checked the 12-volt output of the right-side power supply, I received no voltage reading. After waiting a few minutes and checking again, I measured 13.7 volts. I adjusted the potentiometer to bring the voltage back into specification. However, when I rechecked it, the 12-volt output had disappeared entirely. I then checked the power distribution board and observed that the LED indicators for the 24-volt and 5-volt supplies were illuminated, while the 12-volt indicator was off. I also attempted to measure the 12-volt output at the test point on the power distribution board but was unable to obtain a reading. I contacted Tidel Technical Support and spoke with Seth. After reviewing my findings, he advised that the right-side power supply had failed and needed to be replaced. He arranged for a replacement power supply to be available for pickup at the Birmingham FSL. I traveled to the Birmingham FSL to retrieve the part. However, upon arrival, I found the building locked with no personnel present. I contacted the after-hours number, and an associate with Wiregrass Couriers unlocked the building for me. I checked the office and confirmed that no FSL personnel were present, likely due to it being the weekend. The associate advised that FSL personnel were likely on their way to the warehouse to fill the order. When i attempted to use it though the calibration was off. I shut off the safe and reseated the connections and booted it back up while tapping on the display to calibrate. This led me to the calibration screen but I needed to apply a lot of pressure to get a resulting touch and even then it was inconsistent. I swapped out the old display for the one Tidel shipped and it immediately worked. Tested it by authorizing the PACN in my notes and opening doors. Allowed Jessica to also log in. Everything works properly;

It was very difficult to extract the broken piece of threaded rod which required disassembly of the sliding Bolt from boat door to drill and extract the broken piece. Reassemble and install the correct part that they sent the second time which is a short threaded rod with a round plastic ball on the end for the sliding bolt lock assembly and tighten it securely. Test open and close the sliding bolt lock assembly with the vault door open, several times to ensure correct and smooth operation. Close and secure the sliding drawer vault door and then observe the manager testing- opening and closing the lower sliding drawer vault door several times to their satisfaction and they were very happy of how smooth and easy it was to operate. The manager Nicole also said that sometimes that bill validators reject notes so I removed and thoroughly cleaned inside them and observed her testing with several bills, successful. Customer safe is now operating properly and back in service.;

Forced open & closed several times until it finally freed up. Tested open/close functions normally. Finished installing screws for solenoid safe now operating good.;

Arrived on site. Called sesami for pacn, spoke to manny he provided one. MOD Tre authorize my pac code. First thing I did was open and slam tube vend, try to free any tubes that might have been jammed. When that didn't work, I powered machine off reseated all connections on the tube vend. However still no changes. Took tube vend completely out stuck my flathead, screwdriver up the column, that free the Tubes. MOD tested multiple times we were able to drop tubes from both column three and four. Machine is completely functional.;

Upon arrival, customer was saying that tubes five through eight were not dumping, but tubes one through five were dumping. I logged in with my PACN code and went and checked on the voltages and all voltages were in the range that they were supposed to be in. By then opened the drop and started dumping tube five through eight. Every single tube was dumped out and no failure was detected.

Tech picked up parts FSL, on arrived tech replaced deposit cassette 2 then attempted to deposit $50 bills , but all notes rejected, then replaced bill validator and rebooted pc and tested again, $50 hills still rejected, spoke to Sesami support, Emeral, he went through firmware on the new bv and setting were corrected, after inspected all points on the upper transport and noticed a screw at diverter 1 were missing and caused the diverter not open or closed, tech reseated screw and deposited $50 bills, all notes accepted into deposit cassette and passed verification tests, when closing the service call, there were two more parts were added to the service call, tech called Sesami and spoke to Louis, he will cancel the transition gate and diverter gate.;

Opened safe and found modem with power but not online. Removed faulty madem and iinstalled new one. Modem online. Logged inito diagnostics and ran FTP test successfully. Ran Outgoing XML POS test. Troubleshooting issues with double tubes being dropped when only one roll of quarters is requested. I reseated all the cables on the TACC board and then tested, but that did not fix the issue. I called into sesame and spoke with Brittany, who had me inspect the cables, the cradle and the timing disk to see if anything was cracked also verified the wiring looked good. She reported she's going to be shipping out the replacement board and some cables. Arrived on site check equipment customer state printer is broken replaced component, tested, and equipment is up and open;

On arrival I found the top half fascia was bent on the left side creating a visible gap where it meshes with the body of the recycler. I put all my weight (170 lbs) on that corner to see if it could be bent back and it didn't budge. I spoke with Morgan at Tidel and sent him some photos. I confirmed that the recycler is still fully functional. Morgan conferred with tier 3 support and was informed that the damaged part is not replaceable and there is nothing that can be done short of the customer buying a whole new recycler. Morgan requested I relay this to the site. I updated Yolanda at the site and she stated she will pass the information to her upper management. Morgan instructed me to close my ticket complete. I tested 200 notes (3x) out and in. Unit is up and open.;

On arrival, MOD stated that both bill acceptors were having issues. Left side would not feed at all while the right side would intermittently not feed. On inspection, found a dime stuck in the left BA feeder. Removed dime carefully to avoid damage to feeder. Cleaned out all dust and debris from feeder. Cleaned all sensor lenses. Right side BA needed cleaning. Wheels inside feeder had reduced grip due to dirt deposits. Cleaned out all dust and dirt. Cleaned wheels and all sensor lenses. Installed both BAs into safe. Used bill authentication and white 98 paper to test feeding of both acceptors. Both fed correctly multiple times witout issues. MOD then tested by depositing $1 into each acceptor successfully. Safe is back in full operation. Job complete.

It fixed the issue for bill acceptor one , but bill acceptor two is not functioning as it should I did the troubleshooting with tidel they are sending a new acceptor to the site for bill acceptor 2; Arrived on-site.I replaced the bill, acceptor that was sent. I was able to locate the part and replace the bill acceptor ones that was replaced Brayden successfully deposited notes.;
