Worked with Manny at tech support,swapped bill acceptors problem moved to bill acceptor 2 failed,installed a second acceptor,still failed. Control board being sent Reinstalled the original bill acceptor back into slot 1

09/08/2026 5:35 PM: Joel 921 Sesami rep: Jackie (drill points), Chris, Louis P: door 1 not opening C: damaged cable R: after driling the front door i noticed another plate before the solenoid. Called sesami back and spoke with Chris who informed me i would have to drill through slide locking plate as well. That info was not provided in document sent from Sesami. Soleoid was extremely difficult to pick without a scope. Once opened we observed that the cable supplying power to the solenoid was severely damaged. Spoke with Louis at Sesami who will ship part out by Sesami. Eta monday 8/14/26. Rigged safe door 1 not to re lock and advised manager Angelique to remove all items and store elsewhere for the moment. Drill hole not repaired yet. louis informed me to suspend call. No parts used CALL NOT COMPLETED
