2026-09-04 Completed: On arrival, MOD stated that the got the drawer closed but now it wont open all the way. On inspection, found that drawer will only open about two inches before it stops due to an obstruction. After working with it for a few minutes and having to pull vary hard, the drawer eventually opened completely. I looked around all side and then underneath and found the obstruction. A key had fallen down through a narrow slot in the drawer face and was hanging up the bottom of the safe. I was able to remove the key and give it to the manager. The drawer now opens and closes fully and smoothly without issues. Checked solenoid and door sensors to ensure proper operation and that no damage had been done. Everything is now working as intended. No parts needed. Job complete. Abuse - Foreign Object – No Part Replaced

2026-09-05 Completed: ***TECH#196 CATO*** On site 9/5@8:55am. On arrival Door 2 was working and the sensors were functioning as they should, however the lock bar was binding up when trying to close. I disassembled the door and found dried grease on the bushings inside. Cleaned off dried grease from bushings and relubricated. Also, the set screws that stabalize the lock bar had backed out of place, applied Loctite to screws and adjusted. Reassembled door and tested repeatedly. 09/03/2026 Completed: On arrival, I spoke with Manager Claire, who stated that the right BA was not accepting cash. Upon further inspection, I found heavy coffee spillage on the safe and no power or lights on the right BA. I removed the right BA and found that the cable was unplugged. I reseated the cable, and BA power on. I performed a bill acceptor diagnostic, which showed a failed status. I swapped the left and right BAs and confirmed that the issue followed the BA. I replaced the right BA and ran another diagnostic, which showed all statuses as normal. I then had Claire perform a deposit test, during which she experienced difficulty depositing into the left BA. I removed the left BA and found coffee beans inside the unit. I cleaned and wiped down the BA, reinstalled it, and had Claire perform another deposit test. She was able to successfully deposit cash into both BAs. Safe is up and operational. Advised the site to prevent future spills on or around the safe to avoid equipment damage. Abuse - Spillage

08/26/2026 Completed: Arrived on site and spoke with shift manager Julia, who said that door 2 would not want to lock sometimes. Door 1 would do this very seldomly. I then logged in with PACN code, and began inspecting doors 1 and 2, finding no problems besides the door open/close sensors being pretty dirty. I cleaned them and also opened the solenoid panels on both to inspect their strength. They are operating normally. I then ran voltage checks on both power supplies. Right: 5.3, 5.3, and 13.3 Left:24, 24, and 24 Afterwards, I opened and closed each door between 15 and 20 times with no issues. Unit is up and open.

08/29/2026 Completed: Before arriving on-site I picked up the parts from the San Diego FSL. Upon arrival I spoke with site MOD Ms. Trista who explained that door 1 on safe would not close properly. Upon inspection I found 3 rolls of coin jammed in the outer back of door one preventing the door from closing all the way. After removing the the rolls I was able to get door to close properly. I tested the door sensors and silonoid multiple time with no issues. The door must be pushed up when closing to help get door in the correct position. Tested the door and silonoid a few times more with Ms. Trista ro make sure the door is still working properly.

08/27/2026 Completed: Upon arrival after checking in with Maura I was given access to the safe I found the parts required were onsite I replaced the modem antenna and power cables as well as the right BV found the old modem was actually working the site actually had a bad outlet. . Unfortunately when verifying communication with Donald at deposita I found the modem was DOA extensive troubleshooting was performed he decided to reinstall the old modem and reconfigure it. Safe is now online and in service. Dropped off tidel provided Starbucks parts same day.

08/29/2026 Completed: Bottom Drawer was hard to open and close. Found a Grey cable hanging down inside above the drawer, looked like it was hooking on some of the contents in the drawer. It was not in one of its security mounts. Fixed that. Drawer is loaded with coins and is weighted down i little in front. Advised customer of that and to just lift the handle up some while opening or closing the drawer. She also said they were having problems with the acceptor's. Check both and they had coffee beans in them. Took those out, cleaned and both tested successfully by manager

08/28/2026 Completed: Arrived on site, started troubleshooting issues with safe. Both Bvs were not communicating and printer was not communicating. Reseated the both bvs and one had a coin jammed. Cleared the jam and and did a power reset. Both bvs where not ready and printer was ready. Tested both Bvs with MOD and both are now working properly. Safe is up and running.

2026-08-28 Completed: Started with looking for jammed bill in bill acceptor assembly, then did maintenance to both bill acceptor assemblies, tested, left side bill acceptor was still having issues, after swapping BNF and tested both bill acceptors started working properly, tested, working fine

2026-08-26 Completed: MOD said the machine is off line. I checked the network tests. No connection. I opened the courior door. I saw the modem was not powered on at all. I called Deposita. They had shipped a new modem. Customer gave me the Fedex box. I removed the old modem. I installed the new modem. Ran the network tests. Safe is back on line.

2026-08-25 Completed: Arrived at location modem has power light and one light on cat5 connection not connecting to server checked xml pos test and client ftp both failed. Contacted Deposita and spoke with Jacob he said to close call and they would ship out a new modem. I was directed to have manager Jeff Tell to call in a new ticket and Deposita was sending a modem to location.

2026-08-26 Completed: On arrival, Raven explained that issue with both BAs started monday night and progressively got worse until acceptors would not pull in and cash. On inspection, found Foreign objects in both bunch note feeders. Purple objects were sticky and had to be scraped from transport. Removed all foreign contaminants and cleaned bill acceptors. Installed back into safe and let initialize. Tested both acceptors with bill authentication successfully. Raven then tested with deposit without issues. Advised to instruct employees not to prep on counter above safe. Safe is back in full operation. Job complete.

08/28/2026 Completed: Safe was in service on arrival with the left BA not working. Found a $5 bill jammed in the left BA. Removed jam and cleaned both BA's. Had manager test inserting bills into the left BA successfully. UAO

08/26/2026 Completed: Mod Anthony. Upon arrival mod stated the left acceptor wouldn’t take notes. After gaining access I found a jammed note on left acceptor. Removed acceptor then removed note. Placed note in vault for armored. I then pulled and cleaned the other acceptor. I then asked mod to drop and he was able to without issue. Unit is up and open.
