Then we did the three transactions of 200 bills with no problems. I called Sesami to see if there were any other tests for just the Escrow, she checked with tier 3 and was told if it passes the three required transactions, then it is good. Closing.

I then swapped BA1 and BA2, and the fault followed the bill acceptor, confirming BA2 was defective. I replaced BA2, and the safe returned to normal operation. Shakira successfully tested deposits on both bill acceptors, confirming the safe is fully operational and back in service.

Disassembled cradle and motors from vending columns and manually loosened stuck tubes in column 2. Reassembled vending columns and had staff vend dimes but showing as empty on display screen. Successfully dumped dimes in column 2 and placed dimes in dump vault for manager to reload to avoid any discrepancies. Unable to test column 2 but fully functional upon dump command. Unit up and open.

08/25/2026 Completed: No part was sent to this call, arrived onsite and meet with Ms. Kris manager on duty, she provided me access to the cash recycler, removed cassette #5 and removed 1x$100 jammed inside the cassette rollers and turned over to Ms. Kris, I also found 1x$5 at the bottom of the cassette rack asm, I successfully completed and passed cassette 5A and 5B verification tests, see attached photos of the successful and completed cassettes 5A and 5B verification test, she deposited back the 1x$100 and 1x$5 back to the cash recycler, she then tested the unit with 200 notes all denominations 3x dispense and 200 notes all denominations 3x deposits and all passed, see attached photo of the successful dispense and deposits tests, I also adjusted the top door lock, cash recycler is now up and working.

There was an existing error HW17168 which wouldn't clear. During note exchange, it would fail. Initial attempt to find any jammed notes didn't find anything obvious. I noted that the divert gate above cassette 4 remained in the divert position upon failure. I called Sesami support and was informed the error code wasn't specific as to which sensors were affected, so I used the DataVac to blow out and vacuum the upper transport, focusing on the last two gates and sensors. Cassette 5 was empty, so we didn't have those bills to work with, only $1s, $5s, $10s. Upon powering up unit after cleaning, I logged in and cleared the error. The withdrawals and deposits went smoothly with only one rejected $1 bill to retry. I asked Amy if she would like to test more but she was satisfied with the results. No parts needed.

08/26/2026 Completed: Stopped by FSL to grab part. Arrived on site, gained access to CRS from Jon. Checked error. Opened CRS and found note stuck in back exit of escrow. Cleared jam. Reset CRS. Tested withdrawls and deposits, passed. Watched Jon end of day and beginning of day cash drawers successfully. CRS operational.

08/26/2026 Completed: Arrived on Site, met MOD Spiros. Several bills jammed in escrow. I had to remove the input and output to get to the jam. Bills jammed and mylar off the track. See pictures. Unwound it, got the bills out, straightened the mylar on the rollers. Reassembled, powered up, no errors showing. Spiros pulled out three registers worth of money. Then we did the three transactions of 200 bills with no problems. I called Sesami to see if there were any other tests for just the Escrow, she checked with tier 3 and was told if it passes the three required transactions, then it is good. Closing.

I called Deposita to confirm that they were unable to connect and Angel requested i swap out the modem. I got all green lights on my end and Angel was able to see the modem on his end after some time. After a while of attempting to connect he was able to and we ran an XML test and FTP test. Both have acceptable results ok'd by Angel. He gave me the ok to close out the call and just asked that I make sure to ship out the old modem before EOD. Safe is up and open.

08/27/2026 Completed: Spoke with MoD on arrival and verified the loading gate was unable to move. On further inspection I found the gate was sticking due to soda/coffee/other liquid. I spent time cleaning the assembly but had to take it apart to do so. After seemingly cleaning and resolving the issue I reassembled tube vend assembly but the gate still had issues. I bent the frame slightly so the gate would not rub and it began operating without issue. Once assembled back in the safe I tested using the menu multiple times and the gate opened and closed solidly without any issue. Issue resolved, unit up and open.

Right bill acceptor showed a jam in device status, but the BA diagnostics showed all sensors normal for both BA. I found a balled up rubber band inside the right BNF area, removed that, cleaned and inspected it. BA beeped three times upon recounting it on the right side. The same issue followed the BA when attempted on the left side. Replaced the defective BA. Xiomara successfully deposited cash. Return tracking 454761103316760.

08/27/2026 Completed: I worked with Maricruz on site. She said unit jammed while dispensing cash. She also emptied cassette 4. I found a bill jammed in transition gate 4. I removed it, vacuumed upper transport and transition gates then adjusted alignment for latch 13 and the cassette tray alignment front to rear. Once completed, Maricruz deposited everything she emptied earlier, over 800 notes. We then tested dispense. She dispensed 200 notes successfully then deposited them back in. The recycleris working properly at this time. No parts used.

08/28/2026 Completed: Refused service After a lot of delay in drive to site because ofultiple accidents, I got to the site. Originally spoke to Scott who is the CO manager but he is now gone. Scott told me on the phone he does not know why it was called in, he didn't see any need for service but I should talk to Erin the manager just to be sure. I spoke to Erin and they tell me that she has no reason for the service call, she is literally the only person in the store so she cannot break away to go test or do anything, and she's refusing service for those two reasons. She did say she was not left any notes and is presuming Jimmy fixed it last night and Sesami opened the call anyway. Unit is up and open, site will not test as they do not have the staff. They say it has been working all day with no issues. I called Sesami and spoke to Jorjay, they said to close the call with time spent.

When I got to site, I talked with the clients to get more information on when coming to stop being able to dispense. They said it happened after a load. I removed the tube vending assembly expecting a jam, and that was the issue just a jam and column two. Clear to the jam by hand the client was then able to vend from column two. Leaving the site the unit is working as intended.

Performed cash in/cas out testes with 300 bills each, for total of 1200 bills. All tests passed with no errors and minimal rejects withing acceptable amounts due do bad bill health. Unit did not repeat rejects. Health of machine is overall good. Called tidel amd spoke with Trinidad and reported state of health. Verified with T3 support and approved call close. At this time machine continues to be up and operational.

08/28/2026 Completed: Arrived on site, Samantha gave me access to CRS and the part sent. Samantha logged into CRS, error HW 16907 on arrival , interrupted transaction. I opened the doors of the CRS , and I noticed a few single dollar notes in the output module. I took them out, put them on the desk, lifted the note feeder. I saw a few 1$ dollar notes on the upper diverter gate/note feeder, just sitting there. I removed them and put them on the desk. I inspected the unit, everything looked good. Put the note feeder back down and closed the crs. Did a test with Samantha, 50 1$ notes and 50 5$ notes, withdraw successful. Put them back, successful. Called Sesami, spoke to Trinadad, did a verification test on one of the cassettes, successful. We , me , Trinadad, and Samantha did 1800 notes in total for a stress test, all passed, did not replace output module that was sent.CRS operational

08/29/2026 Completed: Error no longer present upon arrival. Staff using equipment without issue so far today. MOD Alan said issue is intermittent, usually happens every other week and only happens to 5s. Inspected cassette 4. Decent amount of dust accumulation, cleared out dust as best I could. Audited cassette 4. Bills feed in without issue. Had MOD pull multiple tills in a row, could not replicate issue. Fed all tills back in successfully. Given the intermittent nature of the issue, it's difficult to determine the root cause. Considering the amount of dust inside the cassette, I suspect it caused the cassettes feed mechanism to malfunction. Could also be an issue with the motor that drives the cassette feed mechanism, or a failing cassette. If issue returns, I'd recommend replacing the cassette and possibly the motor. No other issues found, unit up and open. Additional tech note: When on site for Preventative Maintenance back in July, I noticed that the site no longer had the DataVac meant for cleaning the unit. They told me the one they had broke. I called DEPOSITA on their behalf to get a new one ordered, as is the procedure. While on site today, I noticed they still don't have a DataVac. I called DEPOSITA and was told that Sesami provides it, which to my knowledge is untrue. I them called Sesami, and they verified that DataVac is supposed to be provided by DEPOSITA. Site needs another DataVac to stay on top of dust buildup.

08/28/2026 Completed: Found NO issues with cover door, it latches properly. Found AP2 bracket damaged and was not able to latch processing Modules in place. They came down violently hitting the UT every time MOD tried to clear a jam. Disassemble modules, realigned AP2 latch and tested multiple times without any issues by MOD Judy. UT alignment was a little off causing bill jams during deposit and some dispense transactions. Realigned UT and tested recycler with more than 500 bills in and out with no issues. Performed Audit and check-in and out a few tilts and no other issue was found. No parts were used.

Cleaned sensors on shutter. Closed the shutter manually and tried again but still nothing happened. Noticed the shutter was off center. Removed shutter and while it was in my hand and still connected, i tripped the sensor again and it opened and closed. Put shutter back on and tested again several times. It passed. Performed a mini PM on unit as Linda asked me too. Had her test bills out/in successfully. She then completed a manual audit successfully. Shutter opened/closed every time. No parts.

Key not present. Spent a fair bit of time cutting lock off with my Dremel tool, but eventually got it removed and tube vend module open for inspection. Inspected quarter columns and found they were both jammed by a crooked tube. Realigned tubes and replaced lock, and cashier Tionna was able to buy quarter change successfully. Also cleared a bill jam in BA1 preventing them from using left side, but once bill was cleared and BA cleaned, Tionna was able to deposit bills on left side without error. No further errors were observed. Unit is up and open.

Inspected unit hardware, cassette 2 is empty on arrival. Pulled all cassettes and power cycped unit. Reinserted cassettes and performed full audit. After verification passed tested end accounting period with Alice successfully. Informed MoD if issue persists to reach back out, im curious if cassette 2 showing as missing when trying to end accounting period is causing an issue? Unlikely but questionable. The process worked for me. Unit has been power cycled. No issues reoccuring.

08/27/2026 Completed: Upon arrival, the MOD advised that the Buy Change and Insert Bill options were unavailable. I power cycled the safe. As the unit booted back up, I heard both bill acceptors begin their initialization sequence. However, both stopped partway through and sounded as though the cassettes were full. I contacted Burroughs Technical Support and obtained a PACN code. I then opened the safe and inspected both cassettes. I found that both cassettes were completely full. Additionally, the left-side cassette was overfilled, with bills protruding from the bottom and sides of the main stack. The MOD advised that Garda was scheduled to perform a cash pickup the previous Monday but had not come. I advised him that the full cassettes were the source of the issue, as the safe was unable to accept additional deposits, which also prevented the Buy Change function from operating. I advised the MOD to contact Deposita and request an emergency cash pickup. He did so but was advised that they were unable to schedule one through the cash carrier. I then contacted Tidel Technical Support and spoke with Sergio. I advised him of my findings and requested a replacement left-side cassette. Sergio advised that he could not authorize a replacement cassette until the cash had been picked up and the cassette could be inspected and tested more accurately. He provided me with Garda's direct phone number, which I gave to the MOD, advising him to contact Garda directly to arrange a cash pickup as soon as possible. Unit is non-functional pending cash pickup. No evidence of any hardware failure was observed at this time.

08/27/2026 Completed: Found the right cassette had a paper clip on a bill causing a cassette jam. Cleared the jam adjusted the solenoid bracket for the maintenance door and provided G4S number to call for bulk feed trays. Tested successfully with the customer. Part not needed.

08/28/2026 Completed: Upon arrival, I spoke with an MOD as well as the GM prior to being led to the safe. They said there was a plastic piece in front of the chute for the drop vault. Upon seeing the safe, I immediately noticed this unit doesnt have a drop vault, and the chute in question does have a plastic covering. Confused, I called Sesami and spoke with Julio on the matter. He confirmed that this unit doesnt have a drop vault. MOD Nicole called the GM and we spoke more about the safe. He told me that two stores inside the mall, his and a different one, use that safe, and he commonly had the safe no taking bills as both companies quickly filled it up. I asked Nicole provided me with a login and I opened the safe to find the install Styrofoam still covering the cassette. I advised the Managers that me removing that plastic would allow them to physically store the money there, but that only the courier would have interior access. Julio and I recommended against having that slot opened as the safe isnt programmed for, nor is the courier expecting, money drop handling. The GM agreed and asked me to close it up and leave it as is, as he would call Deposita and discuss different safe needs. Unit is up and open.

I drop all tubes of Dimes and Quarters. Upon power up drop volt door did not open on first try. I test acceptor door and it open on first try. I checked voltage again and it was still good. I test drop vault door again and it open on first try. I tested door three times and it is working fine. Manager loaded tubes then tested.  Safe up and operational

08/28/2026 Completed: Arrived on site, gained access from MOD Ashley. Sounds like site experienced a jam and cleared it. Recycler was reading Cass 5a and 5b were empty but were not, checked throughout the unit and found no sign of a jam or foreign objects. Cleared jam and unit came back up. Called and spoke to Louis from Sesame and ran a verification on Cass 5a and 5b as those were the problematic cassette. Passed verification, tested loan and drop before leaving with no issues found. Most likely cause of incident was worn note causing fault. Tested with no problem and no parts needed. Call complete

08/29/2026 Completed: On arrival found pcb cover on right side of lower unit bent and off the machine as well as another sheet metal part below that cover. Cover got stuck when site racked the lower unit out, bent the pcb covers, which then got caught on the wire harness snake, twisted the snake upside down and eventually tore the covers off. Straightened alll covers out, untwisted wire harness snake, replaced covers and tested with site

I had her call the store manager and confirm which tubes are the issue (3 & 4 positions) she also told me about the gates keep sticking (customer spillage) and I advised her to try to use wd40 or make a call if the issue persists for another gate, but may get charged as its a soda/liquid spill that caused the problem. Cleared the jam in #3 and saw no issues in #4. Had mod test both positions and they worked properly.

I checked the drop vault and acceptor vault but found no tube vend key. I also checked the site's keyrings and no tube vend key was found there either. I tested, at first the tube vend was responding and the clerk stated she has been getting change out of it today. I dumped a column and it dumped successfully. However when trying to load tubes, the tube vend loading gate would not open, the screen stopped responding, and the tube vend could be heard making a clicking noise. I powered down the unit and went ahead with the lock replacement. I cut off the old lock, hammered it through, and installed the new tube vend lock. I removed the tube vend module and found no physical issues with the loading gate, it was able to open freely when moved by hand. 09/02/2026 Completed: Arrived on site and verified safe. BA2 has Jam status. Removed ba2 and noticed a $10 inside BA. Removed note and handed to Fee manning (manager). Performed PM on BA2. Noticed coin inside BA1 so I removed it and performed PM on that BA as well. Both BA's have status of READY. Voltage good as well. Had Fee manning test both BA's and are working. 09/03/2026 Completed: On arrival, I spoke with Manager Claire, who stated that the right BA was not accepting cash. Upon further inspection, I found heavy coffee spillage on the safe and no power or lights on the right BA. I removed the right BA and found that the cable was unplugged. I reseated the cable, and BA power on. I performed a bill acceptor diagnostic, which showed a failed status. I swapped the left and right BAs and confirmed that the issue followed the BA. I replaced the right BA and ran another diagnostic, which showed all statuses as normal. I then had Claire perform a deposit test, during which she experienced difficulty depositing into the left BA. I removed the left BA and found coffee beans inside the unit. I cleaned and wiped down the BA, reinstalled it, and had Claire perform another deposit test. She was able to successfully deposit cash into both BAs. Safe is up and operational. Advised the site to prevent future spills on or around the safe to avoid equipment damage. Abuse - Spillage

09/05/2026 Completed: I requested cover doir to be replaced as it had broken washers. I was instructed to locally source them. It took me 3 trips to Lowes. Successfully bumped out door so it didnt hit locking rails. Successfully tested door with MOD helen.. 2026-09-04 Completed: ***TECH#196 CATO*** On site 9/4@12:55pm. On arrival Door 2 would not open. Found the cable had pulled loose from the distribution PCB. I created some extra salck in the cable and plugged it back in. Tested all doors and showed Alexis how to clear jams in the acceptors, she is new to this store and had some questions. 09/04/2026 Completed: Cleared jammed $20 from left note acceptor. Had mod Elliot test cash accept after cleaning left note acceptor. Confirmed working properly. Jams – No Part Used/Cleaning Only - Bill Acceptors/Validator

2026-09-04 Completed: On arrival, MOD stated that the got the drawer closed but now it wont open all the way. On inspection, found that drawer will only open about two inches before it stops due to an obstruction. After working with it for a few minutes and having to pull vary hard, the drawer eventually opened completely. I looked around all side and then underneath and found the obstruction. A key had fallen down through a narrow slot in the drawer face and was hanging up the bottom of the safe. I was able to remove the key and give it to the manager. The drawer now opens and closes fully and smoothly without issues. Checked solenoid and door sensors to ensure proper operation and that no damage had been done. Everything is now working as intended. No parts needed. Job complete. Abuse - Foreign Object – No Part Replaced

09/05/2026 Completed: Arrived on site, manager disclosed issue had been resolved prior to arrival. Tested unit drop vault solenoid just to verify, confirmed. Safe in working condition. Informed from manager that ticket was meant to be closed prior to arrival. Confirmed status/condition of safe, issue resolved. Closing out ticket Non-Device Related Issue - No problem found/Call Cancellation request received too late

2026-09-05 Completed: ***TECH#196 CATO*** On site 9/5@8:55am. On arrival Door 2 was working and the sensors were functioning as they should, however the lock bar was binding up when trying to close. I disassembled the door and found dried grease on the bushings inside. Cleaned off dried grease from bushings and relubricated. Also, the set screws that stabalize the lock bar had backed out of place, applied Loctite to screws and adjusted. Reassembled door and tested repeatedly. No parts replaced, see photos attached Jams – No Part Used/Cleaning Only - Vault Doors
