Upon arrival to the site proceeded to replace the escrow due to customer over turning knob to remove jam. Tested successfully with MOD. Recycler is back in service. Replaced part from tidel truck stock.;

Manager ran several test transactions to verify full functionality. Machine working properly now. Used new Sesami truck stock part, had no return label. Called Sesami for return label. ;

Arrived on site, found the pushplate issues. Replaced cassette 4 from my inventory, getting constantly cassette press board error. Called Domenic from Sesami support, after turning off verification, still nothing changed. I was told to order three parts. Kelly also tested the unit cash out and in successfully. I called Sesami spoke to Juan and informed him of my findings and to question the couriered part. He said nothing was sent. Service completed. Pick up part from UPS FSL Riverside, courier showed up at 1558 pm Arrived on site, checked the upper modules, note router, transition gate and deposit cassette, when the recycler initialized the deposit cassette makes a grinding noise, i replaced the deposit cassette, The issue was resolved; Carlos, the store manager, ran tests on the recycler. During the third test, the 5th cassette triggered error HW1873. I inspected the cassette and the entire bill path but found no jammed banknotes; the error cleared, but the unit failed verification. I replaced the dual cassette; although the verification process moved the bills, it still failed. The recycler had multiple errors—specifically, the deposit cassette was inoperative, and tests were failing. I contacted Sesami Technical Support and spoke with Steve to diagnose the recycler; he had me check the cassette rack alignment. I found a missing spring on latch 13 and several loose screws, all of which were then tightened. Steve had to disable the verification process and clear all errors to proceed with the repair and diagnosis. Once the errors were resolved, I put the recycler back into service; Carlos ran further tests, including an audit of the 5th cassette, and all tests passed successfully. ;

Problem: SNV01 banknote stuck. HW 17413 during a pickup. Troubleshooting: Logged into the unit and opened the doors for the customer, as they stated they did not have access. Customer found multiple bills stuck inside the unit and removed them. After clearing the bills, the customer cleared the error successfully. Had the customer feed the notes back into the unit from the transport, and the notes were accepted successfully. Cassette 5B was showing full with 1,024 $20 notes. Customer did not have access to perform loans, so a dispense test could not be completed. Customer did have registers available for check-in testing. We attempted check-ins, and a few bills were rejected; customer manually dropped one $20 bill and two $5 bills and successfully completed a check-in on the next self-checkout register. Customer was advised that a dispense test could not be performed due to lack of access. Solution: Unit is working, and the customer was able to perform the required drops successfully. Part pickup from the FSL took over an half hour due to bo staff onsite. Arrived onsite. Spoke with the manager about the burning smell and grinding noise listed on the call, but she assured me that it was a mistake. No one called about the issue. Sesami must of mixed the calls up. After opening unit I notice how dusty it was (very bad) so After I removed the PCB for the Note Recycler (644-0171-112S), I blew out the entire top of unit. Installed part and called Sesami to get access to the Legacy menu. Spoke with Arkam and we solved the original issue of the End of Day report. There was also an issue with cassette 2, but after blowing out all the dust, it came back into working order. All errors cleared. Tested Recycler with manager Adrian. Made sure the account close was going through, and it was successful.;

Arrived on location and started inspection, since no parts were sent. Reel belt hinted at escrow. There were a couple dollar bills stuck in the Milan, so pressed the arrow button to try to push them out and clear the escrow unit. However, the black bar that the Milan wraps around wasn't moving by itself. Called Sesami to have a bew escrow unit ordered. Retrieved it from FSL Denver and returned to install it. After install, started the unit up and performed three successful Loans and Pick-Ups. Unit is Up and Open. 2:22pm 09/13/2026 EDM.;

Upon arrival I waa able to adjust the latch for the upper transport and I waa abke to fix the issue. I was able to do a stress test and the machine is fully operational ;

All passed and verified...site did explain issue reoccurs. .we did a few printouts and no errors or issues...site up and operational...informed sesami no return label shipped or packed with printer...awaiting label.;

Arrived on site and manager stated that the call was canceled. The site cleared the jam and error cleared prior to my arrival. Site stated that the part was not delivered. Checked tracking and part was not picked up until 7:00 today. Retrieved the part at 9:50 when delivered. Unit is open with no errors. ;

This was a cash recycler call. On arrival found unit powered on but screen black. Yellow light on back ofscreen. Power cycled pc and screen came back online. Ran required tests. Unit functioning properly. ;

I replaced the printer once I tested and troubleshot it and confirmed that it would need work as is. I was able to get another manager Manny to assist me with testing the new printer successfully. DJ with Deposita connected me to Xavier. Problem: Customer was receiving error SF03 banknote stuck HW 17410 Troubleshooting: Opened the Upper Unit Requested Manager Xavier to check the UU. He found $1 and he removed. The $1 note had tape on it. Note recycler / Clear error/Fix Jam Saw resetting note recycler / Error cleared. Solution: Error cleared after the $1 note was removed from the Upper Unit. Xavier logged in and successfully completed a Check In (Deposit). He was very happy. Issue resolved. Case Closed.

Arrived on site. Gained access from MOD Joshua, tested with Sesame on the phone as Joshua had no idea of ticket being made as he has been using the unit all day with no issues. Tested with no issues found, waited on site till cassette arrived and have returned the un used part. Call complete;

Cassette three has been replaced successfully and was tested with Guadalupe in customer service. The unit was found to be functioning as intended, an exchange as well as withdrawal and deposit testing has been performed and the unit is now back in service.;

Tech arrived called tidel and asked louis to remote into unit and diagnose BNR error. Louis made changes to the initializing software settings and reset the unit. Tech picked up parts FSL, on arrived tech replaced deposit cassette 2 then attempted to deposit $50 bills , but all notes rejected, then replaced bill validator and rebooted pc and tested again, $50 hills still rejected, spoke to Sesami support, Emeral, he went through firmware on the new bv and setting were corrected, after inspected all points on the upper transport and noticed a screw at diverter 1 were missing and caused the diverter not open or closed, tech reseated screw and deposited $50 bills, all notes accepted into deposit cassette and passed verification tests, when closing the service call, there were two more parts were added to the service call, tech called Sesami and spoke to Louis, he will cancel the transition gate and diverter gate.;

I put all my weight (170 lbs) on that corner to see if it could be bent back and it didn't budge. I spoke with Morgan at Tidel and sent him some photos. I confirmed that the recycler is still fully functional. Morgan conferred with tier 3 support and was informed that the damaged part is not replaceable and there is nothing that can be done short of the customer buying a whole new recycler. Morgan requested I relay this to the site. I updated Yolanda at the site and she stated she will pass the information to her upper management. Morgan instructed me to close my ticket complete. I tested 200 notes (3x) out and in. Unit is up and open.;

When you press the release button on side of cassette 1 it does not release the packer plate we emptied the reject cassette and reset cassete 1 back in rack When we reset the machine error cleared.

09/11/26 12:30 Raúl López Arrived to site spoke to Site MOD Nancy, gave me access to unit. Nancy explained to me that Book Keeper was able to clear the error and brought unit in service. Inspected all unit no issues found. Ran 3 tests of 200 bills, all denominations. All testing was successful. Ran the verification. Verification was successful. Called Sesami spoke to Luis provided all details of my findings. Unit is up and open. No parts used. ;

On arrival the screen was blank and fingerprint scanner was not responding. I was able to get the outer door open. The printer power light was on. The PC power switch was in the on position. The recycler power supply was on. According to the touchscreen, the LED was amber which meant there was no signal input to the monitor. I then noted there was .no power light or HDD activity on the PC. Carlos stated that he had turned off power to both the PC and power supply but when he turned them on the screen remained dark. I cycled the PC power switch and the unit powered on. I surmise Carlos turned the units back on in the wrong order and the PC did not know it was supposed to power on. He was able to dispense tills, perform deposits and complete his daily accounting tasks. The system is operating properly at this time. ;

At arrival I found that position 3 transition was damaged i installed the new one after much testing and correspondence the machine still wasn't working and they stated a new cassette was needed removed the old on and installed the new one did a replenishment and then tried to verify the cassette and again got another error code for cassette 4b verified the alignment was good and so a new part is being sent should arrive by 9am tomorrow ; At arrival I found that position 3 transition was damaged i installed the new one after much testing and correspondence the machine still wasn't working and they stated a new cassette was needed removed the old on and installed the new one did a replenishment and then tried to verify the cassette and again got another error code for cassette 4b verified the alignment was good and so a new part is being sent should arrive by 9am tomorrow ; At arrival I installed a new ( 3rd cassette on this machine this week) and was able to get the machine back into service with no further issues managed to put close to 1000 notes in and out of the machine over 4 different transactions of loans and pickups ;

Arrived on site and met with MOD Cassie who granted me access to the unit. MOD mentioned that there was a jam in RC3 and the unit keeps making a loud noise. . I powered down the unit and racked out the LT to inspect all RCs. I found $1 bill jam at the exit of the RC. I carefully cleared the jam successfully. . I racked out the UT to inspect, I found broken middle gear motor. I called Sesami to confirm part number with what I have in my truck stock. I spoke with Trinidad who gave me part number. . I confirmed that I have the motor in my truck stock. I pulled out the motor from my truck stock and replaced middle motor gear successfully. I performed PM on the unit. . I powered up the unit, unit came online and initialized successfully. I ran diagnostics, initialization successful. MOD mentioned that the sound had disappeared. MOD ran test transaction, RC4b gave an error 'HW20762'. . I pulled out RC4 and took out all bills, I placed RC4 back into its housing and ran diagnostics, initialization successful with error cleared. . I fed all notes back into the unit successful. I turned OFF the entire unit and I check the front diverter unit and it has a broken base where the screw is located to secure the teeth with the timing motor. I was able to secure the teeth on the front diverter selenoid to keep it going for now until the part is replaced. The unit is Up and Open for now. Verified the SF02 fault and checked for a banknote obstruction in the transport path. 3. Opened the recycler doors and inspected the SF02 transport area for any visible banknotes or debris. 4. Removed any accessible banknote obstruction from the transport path. 5. Inspected the rollers, belts, and transport path for obstructions or damage. 6. Verified that the transport mechanism was moving freely without binding. 7. Power cycled the recycler and allowed the system to fully reboot. 8. Cleared the SF02 fault and performed a diagnostic/test cycle. 9. Tested the recycler with banknotes to verify proper feeding and acceptance. **SOLUTION:** After troubleshooting and testing, the recycler is back to working properly.

Arrived on site, no power to the computer. I was able to open the outer door and turned on the PC. Tyler was the only person behind the counter and he wasn't authorized to log in. Called Louis from Sesami support to log in and cleared the error. ;

Got onsite and inspected unit. Said cassette 5 was inoperable. Checked error history and saw error about cassette 5b banknote count error, and st04 bank note stuck. Opened unit and found a $100 bill stuck in the transition gate for cassette 5. Found another $100 bill in the bottom of the cassette rack. Removed both bills and vacuumed unit out. Inspected cassette 5 and it was empty. Employee said they put all the money in the vault. Replaced cassette. Inspected BMD motor and found the gears worn, replaced motor. Didn't see anything wrong with the cassette rack pcb. Power system back up and it was back to normal. Processed the 2 $100 bills as vault drops. Did a verification on 4b and it passed. Had customer refill $20s and $100s, unit took the replenish without issue. Did verification on 5a and 5b and it passed. Called tidel and spoke to Montral. He confirmed that if it's working I don't need to replace the cassette pcb. He also sent me a return label for the cassette since it didn't come with one. Started the loan/pickup testing. Did 50 bills of 1s, 5s, 10s, and 20s and 25 bills of 100s. Total of 225 bills. It failed after dispensing money saying HW9996 cassette 5b banknote failed HW 1883. Opened unit and didn't find anything jammed. Reseated cassette and reset unit. Did a pickup to get rid of the loan from earlier. Unit accepted the deposit without issue. Did another loan of the same amounts and it dispensed without issue. Pickup also didn't have any issues. Did this 3 more times. Total of 900 bills tested. Testing finished without issue. Recycler is working and back in service.;

On arrival I had the site test withdrawal cash and the unit failed with an error of "Automatic cleanup compensation check error. API [7ACA] HW 28675". I spoke with Eddy at Sesami and he said to replace both of the recommended parts listed. I replaced the note router but was unsure of what gears to replace from the gear kit as it was just 4 gears in a bag with no documentation. I called back in and spoke with Tamika at Sesami and she connected me with tier 3 support and I spoke with Jaime. Jamie told me which gears are part of the kit, but said to replace the escrow and test and only replace the gears if it fails testing. I tested the unit after replacing the note router and had no further errors. Tested 200 notes (3X) out and in without issue. Unit is up and open.;

Spoke to Terry with sesami again along with Alexis and gave the go ahead to replaced back up drive. Replaced and Terry configured the new back up drive. Recycler was rebooted. Recycler back in service and back up missing error never returned. Cleaned all area's of BNR including all cassettes and removed the BV to clean lenses and sensors. When testing verification on cassette 5 it still showing a 20.00 shortage. Spoke to sesami regarding this issue. Sesami is sending out a cassette 5 replacement. Part is shipping from sesami. Arrived to site. Found recycler with reel belt issue on escrow. I was able to get the error cleared and recycler reset. Since Sesami sent an escrow to site, I replaced it. After replacement, I kept receiving a hardware error. Motor drum error. So, I put the original escrow back in. All errors cleared and Angel was able to withdrawl and deposit without issue. Not using escrow sent from Sesami. Issue fixed without parts. Machine uao;

Shayan w Kroger DJ w Deposita Problem: Cash box RC2 Tension failure HW 20546 Troubleshooting: Verified SN and safe address Remoted into unit, customer pulled out cassette 2 per customer the pressure plate is loose and wiggly. It is freely moving Requested customer move cassette 2 pressure plate back and forth. It would not stay in place. Attempted to clear error. Error was cleared successfully. Per customer this occurred after garda had arrived. Customer hung up after testing feeding bills successfully. Call attempted 2x more times to verify, both pickup and deposits are working without error. Solution: Verified issue is resolved, asked customer to reach out to Deposita if issue persisted in the future.

Cassette 4b came back with an error. Changed Cassette 4 (644-0171-K81). Performed a verification. Error cleared but cassette 3 didn't read. Readjust the cassette and cleared all errors. Performed test with Manager Billy. Test successful. Returning used and unused parts.;

Retrieved the part from FSL and headed to location. Needed a new note router module, so ordered one through Sesami. Went back to FSL to pick up the part and returned to King Soopers to replace both parts. After the diverter on the upper transport had been replaced, got to work replacing the note router module. Once both parts had been replaced, I started the unit back up and it kept giving ST13 errors. I called Sesami back who said it was most likely alignment issues and to adjust it. Once I double-checked everything, turned it back on and still giving ST13 error codes. Called back again after checking alignment and spoke to Montral who was helping me troubleshoot. He reached out to Tier 3 (Adonis) who was able to figure out a seating issue with one of the cables from the back end. Once the cable was reseated, ran a series of loans and pick-ups with no issues. Sesami confirmed everything looked good on their end. Unit is Up and Open. 9:30pm 09/09/2026 EDM.;

Arrived on site and checked in with leader Graham. Graham was told that two $100 dollars was missing. The call was initiated by the bookkeeper, Nahid, who reported that there may have been two torn $100 bills missing. Opened the unit and thoroughly inspected all upper modules, diverter gates, cassettes, and other accessible areas. The unit was also vacuumed to ensure there were no bill fragments or debris present. No torn bills or bill fragments were found. It took some time for Graham to get in contact with Nahid. Once reached, Nahid explained that she was concerned there might be bill fragments left inside the unit and wanted to ensure everything was clear. She confirmed that she had already placed the two torn $100 bills in a secure location. Ran verification, and all tests completed successfully. No issues were found with the Recycler. Service completed.;

09/09/26 12:11 Raúl López Arrived to site spoke to Site associate Jeniffer. Gave me access to unit. On arrival found all Maylar tape damaged. I called Sedami spoke to Trinidad and asked him if it was ok to cut the Maylar tape as there were bills jammed and there was no way to clear them. He said is ok. Cut maylar tape and cleared 37x5. Turned DC power off Replaced the Escrow. Turned DC power on When clearing the error system was automatically going to the verification process and it was detecting error in cassette 4. Inspected cassette and found the $10 bills placed behind the push play. Corrected it by placing all the bills in front. Then it detected an error again as there were bills folded. Cleared them all. Then I was able to clear the error and ran verification. Verification was successful. Ran 3 tests of 200 bills each. All tests were successful. Unit is fully operational. Per customer request stayed with her to run another verification, check out 2 registers, performed 2 loans and 1 deposit. No parts used. Recycler is working fine. ;

Upon my arrival MOD Amanda was confused because the recycler was working and he has not open a call. After I explained her the situation, she agreed to let me work on the recycler. Called Sesami and spoke with Alexis from level 3 support, she directed me to replace the motor, note router and note feeder. Aftet all parts were replaced she performed 2 verifications without any issues. MOD Amanda performed multiple tests with more than 1000 bills without any issues. I also noticed issues with the output shutter. It had some damages due to customer close upper door with unit not fully rack in. I was able to adjust it and it's working without any issues. Customer complaint that caseette 4 and 5 having issues, keep jamming. Did alignments. Did mini PM . Did full cassette verification, completed successfully. Also did successfully Cash in and out. MOD # Rachel Rouwtt;

On arrival to site, I found that the part had yet to be delivered. I waited and it was eventually delivered at around 1:20pm. I replaced the cassette and noticed that the cassette rack alignment was slightly off so I eyeballed it and adjusted. I then had the MOD test and had no issues , dispensing or depositing all bill types. Recycler is up and in service;

Arrived onsite. Replaced out put shutter. Tested 50 of each denomination out and in multiple times with manager angel. All were successfull. Attached pictures of return tracking;

Upon arrival I was able to determine that cassette 3 wasn't the issue and that cassette 5 was the problem. Adjusted alignment on cassette rack, fixed door lock sensor where it was detecting vault door closed/opened. Fed all nite back into machine and audited 1s cassette. Recycler is good to go;

Customer reported that a banknote is stuck in the NIR (Note Inspection Reader). Troubleshooting: Remote troubleshooting was performed. The technician was instructed to open the appropriate access doors and inspect the note path for any stuck or obstructed banknotes. The note path and NIR area were checked and cleared as needed. The unit was then rebooted and tested. Solution: After troubleshooting, the NIR banknote path was cleared and the unit was tested for proper operation.

**PROBLEM:** Screen is blank. **TROUBLESHOOTING:** Attempted to remote into the recycler, but the system was down. Had the client check the UPS; there were no warning lights, indicating the UPS appeared to be functioning normally. Instructed the client to unplug the UPS and move the plug to the other side, but the recycler did not power back on. Asked the client what occurred when the issue started. The client stated they were vacuuming the recycler and unplugged the power cord to plug the vacuum into the wall outlet. During this process, the client accidentally hit the power switch, causing the recycler to power off. The client then switched the power back on, and the recycler powered back up. Had the client reconnect the recycler to the UPS. Verified that the recycler was back online and operating properly. **SOLUTION:** After troubleshooting, the recycler is working properly. Closing the ticket.

Prior to arriving on site picked up parts from fsl. Arrived on site met with manager jamie. Confirmed issue with escrow module. Replaced escrow module and found half of a note. No other notes found. Powered on the machine. No error codes occurred. Tested notes of all denominations in and out 3 times with manager jamie. Tested good. Confirmed with manager jamie that the recyler is up and open//tallent//9/8/26;

Picked up part from Norcross FSL. Arrived on site, allowed access to recycler by Manager. Manager stated machine shows a bill jammed but he could not locate one. Powered off recycler, began removing note output module, found piece of coin wrapper inside of note router and coupon underneath note router, removed. Blew out upper and lower transports, including cassettes due to recycler being extremely dusty. Replaced note output module. Powered up recycler, verification required. 5b failed, found 2 bills flat in cassette, reseated cash. Verification required again, test passed. Witnessed Manager successfully withdraw and deposit to all cassette denominations. ;

POC: Beth Stopped at FSL Sacramento before site to pick up BV. Beth granted me access to unit. Proceeded to replace the BV. After BV replacement Beth performed test and it was all successful with zero rejects. Used part on call. Equipment is operational. ;

Arrived on site for a cassette for 4b error. When I arrived on site, I spoke with the clients to get a little more information on the unit. I was able to successfully replace cassette for run a full verification and successful transactions in and out after the replacement. There was no more errors on the unit however, I noticed the top cassette rack was having trouble sliding in and out. I asked the clients when that started. They said yesterday when they were doing diagnosing, trying to figure out what was causing the issue, I did a a little bit of diagnosing on my own and cannot come to the conclusion on why the upper rack would not slide out. As I got the machine up and running I didn’t want to push too far and not have parts to replace for the clients today. I informed them to make another call to triage it appropriately and get the right additional parts ordered if any are needed. Leaving the site the unit is working as intended.;

Customer was getting ST05 we opened up the unit checked underneath the unit for that spot found no notes and also checked the lower transport as well. after clearing out the error customer was able to check in and out tills

Arrived on location and had to wait for part to arrive. Once here, swapped out Cassette 5, which caused errors in all of the other cassettes. Called Sesami and we had to empty out all of the bills and re-feed them, as each cassette had jams and loose notes. Once all the notes were replenished, all the cassettes were fine. It's after 10, so couldn't perform loans and pick-ups, but Montral from Sesami ran an additional verification with no issues and manager was good with us closing the ticket. Problem: SNV02 banknote stuck error occurred during a pickup. Troubleshooting Had the customer open the unit and inspect for any jammed notes. The customer found jammed notes near the bill validator and in the transport path. The jammed notes were cleared, and the error was reset successfully. Had the customer continue performing pickups after clearing the error. The customer completed several pickups successfully with no further issues. The customer was also instructed to perform a loan for 100 notes. The loan was completed successfully, with all 100 notes dispensing without any issues. Resolution: Unit is currently operating normally. Multiple pickups and a 100-note loan were completed successfully after clearing the jam. Customer stated we can close the ticket as unit is up and running.

On arrival, allowed access to recycler by Manager Chaundra. Manager stated she had no idea there was an issue with recycler. Recycler all green status. On-arrival, replaced the escrow module with the replacement part. Then, tried to fix the problem but the error still occurred. Called Tidel and connected to Jackie. She informed me to reseat connections first. After reseating the cables, nothing happened. Then Colleen mentioned that the cassette may have an issue and noticed the handle that holds the cash was pushed out. So then we pushed it back where it held the cash together and now it's performing verification test. Colleen, was then able to test the recycled and it was able to pass all test. Customer is getting ST13 error code. we found the note underneath the note router we removed the note and was able to clear out the error. last was able to check out and in tills no issues

this service call is open on the wrong recycler, advised customer to call Deposita to create a correct one. her location is in Kentucky not California

Arrived on site and met with Danero, the manager, who provided the replacement parts and opened the recycler for service. I replaced the pick motor for cassette position #3, followed by replacement of the cassette in position #3. After completing the repairs and re-racking the assembly, the recycler reported that cassette #3 was missing. I reseated the cassette multiple times and racked/unracked the assembly several times; however, the machine continued to report cassette #3 as missing and would not allow me to proceed past the error screen. I was unable to initiate a reboot through the local software, so I contacted Tidel Technical Support and spoke with Paul. Paul remotely accessed the machine and performed a system reboot. During the subsequent initialization process, the system prompted for confirmation regarding whether any changes had been made to the cassettes; I confirmed that no configuration changes had been made. Once initialization was completed, cassette #3 was recognized correctly and the recycler returned to normal operation. For functional verification, I had Danero perform a $250 withdrawal using $1 bills, followed by a $251 deposit using $1 bills. Both transactions completed successfully with no jams, cassette errors, or other faults. Paul confirmed that testing was satisfactory and cleared the service call. The recycler was left fully operational.;

Problem: Lower movement was not in position. HW 4617. Customer was clearing a jam, and when they attempted to close the doors, they received an Upper Movement Not in Position error. Troubleshooting: Logged in to the unit and opened the doors for the customer. Instructed the customer to pull the cassette rack out and reseat it. The error did not clear. Had the customer reseat the cassettes, as they had manipulated the cassettes prior to calling. Attempted to clear the error again, but it persisted. Noticed the cassette rack was not clicking into place, indicating that something may have been obstructing it. Customer was eventually able to hear the rack click into position, after which a Note Exchange error appeared and then cleared. Had the customer test the unit by processing 100 notes out and back in. The test was successful. Solution: Closing the ticket per the customer's request. The unit is currently functioning properly, and no technician dispatch is needed as Per Customer Emily H.

Biento with Deposita connected me to Larry Problem: Needs to empty reject cassette, only supervisor on site so unable to open safe as the Reject Cassette so he can do loans Troubleshooting: Remoted in. Solution: Opened Doors, Larry emptied the Reject Cassette, Closed Doors, No Errors.

Upon arriving at the site, I inspected the AP13 latch; it was not closing properly, causing an error that made the cassette rack appear as though it were open. After making several adjustments to the AP13 latch and its bracket, I managed to align the latch and clear the error; I also ensured the cassette rack was properly aligned. I performed a power cycle on the recycler. Once it was back in service, Veronikah, the assistant manager, ran tests on the recycler machine, and all tests passed successfully.;

Upon arrival to the site proceeded to inspect recycler. The error returned but we couldn't find the part. It was located at the fuel center. I called Sesami and spoke to Angel and she went through the error and cleared it again. This time it came back into service. I tested successfully with mod. Recycler is in service no parts needed.;

Problem: Recycler shows pos not connected error Troubleshooting: 1. Follow the menu path: Legacy → Configuration menu → Edit configuration → Device Configuration menu → Note Recycler menu → Note Recycler. For example: 2. To modify the Note Recycler entry, you need to select the entry SEVERAL times, quickly. 3. Ignore the pop-up message stating that you should not change the recycler entry. 4. Change the entry to “G750.” 5. Select Done. 6. Select Back. The unit will request a restart – restart the machine. 7. Repeat steps 1 – 4 again, but for step 4, change the entry to the correct device After reboot unit had interrupted transaction error , tried clearing that error cleared . Had the customer try to do check out on one of their bags on register 5 and that was successful. had the customer do a loan for about 100 notes out and back in and that was successfull. Before arriving on-site I picked up the parts from the San Diego FSL. Upon arrival MOD Mr. Dominique gave me access to recycler. Upon inspection I found that the belts on on the rear cover were misaligned. After removing the bill validator I was able to align the belts properly. I found a zip tie found on gears on the lower transport, I removed the zip tie and tried clearing the error but was unable to. Called Sesami tech support and spoke with Ms. Angel who had me vacuum out the note feeder and close the access behind the note feeder properly. Ms. Angel was able to get the recycler to initialize and clear the errors. Mr. Dominique proceed with testing 200 bills in and out 3x successfully. Part that was retrieved from the FSL was unused will be returning.;

I arrived on site on time after receiving the part, replaced the faulty cassette motor with the new one, and fully tested the equipment to confirm it is operational and returned to service.;

Arrived on site to screen off and front door locked. Used long screwdriver to pry the door open. Reseated monitor cables and power cycled main power supply and PC. Unit screen was restored. Site also reported printer issues. Inspected printer and noticed the print door wasn't completly closed. Applied some force to snap door back fully closed. Performed a few test open and closes right after to ensure door was functioning properly again. Finally site personnel Alexandra successfully printed a report with no issues. Unit back up and running.;

They said they were able to see some bills stuck still in the mylar tape, I was able to roll out a couple bills, but a few of the bills did end up ripping because of my alarm ended up getting a little loose, causing it not to roll right I had no troubles replacing the escrow unit. After the replacement, we ran our 700 note loan in and out no troubles. Leaving the site. The unit is working as intended. ;

Sesami ordered a new one from warehouse, went to relay express in Fairfield and picked up part. Installed new deposit shutter and tested. Shutter now opens and closes normally. Jani with Deposita connected me to Yovani Problem: Cassette 4A banknote failure. This error keeps happening when the site is withdrawing. Troubleshooting: Remoted In. Saw Same error: Cassette 4A Banknote Failure. API 75D1 HW 1876. Requested Yovani to check the UU for any notes, debris, obstructions and then check the LU to make sure the notes are note everywhere, pusher plate is where it should be, and there are no jams. Yovani did not find any jams or issues. Tried to Do Fix Problem once again Upper movement out of position. Opened Doors. Had Yovoni to push the UU rack all the way in. Did a Fix Problem again. Saw Error: Verification Required. Verification completed successfully. There are no errors. The Checkout completed successfully. Solution: Issue resolved. Ticket Closed.

Initially replaced upper transport only due to the previously installed upper transport touching the rear diverter gates when they’re open. After replacing upper transport made sure to align it properly with note router. Confirmed diverter gates aren’t closing when the upper transport is down. Began performing some tests, kept failing with ST11. Called Sesami spoke to Jamie from tier 3. After some time found a note was stuck in the entry to the reject cassette. After clearing we were able to perform good dispense and deposits without issues. Found eventually the reject rate was high especially for 5s, 10s and 20s. Jamie spoke to other tier 3 and had me end up replacing diverter gate 3 and 4. Replaced parts and called back into Sesami spoke to Trinidad who had me begin testing again in small increments with each denomination. Found issue with rejects happening still intermittently. Trinidad consulted with Amron from tier 3, who ended up pushing the firmware update again for the BV. After firmware was updated again Amron went through all the software to confirm everything is sound. We began testing again and a few of the tests with large amounts of cash of varying denomination had no rejects, and a few tests had less than a 10% reject rate. Was able to successfully run machine audit on C4, which passed. Ran loans and picks-ups successfully for every denomination. I noticed that the locking solenoid was making a very high pitched noise as if it was attempting to release the locking bolt. After trying several times, I figured out that when the open door button is pushed, the solenoid initializes several times and usually on the third or fourth initialization, the bolt can be turned. I believe this is due to a possible weakening of the solenoid. I called Sesami Support and spoke with Jefferson. He has the part ordered and provided the order number, but there is no status on delivery yet. Customer was getting Cassette 3 banknote stuck. I requested the customer to remove the note from Cassette 3 and vacuum the cassette and also vacuum the area around the Note Feeder. Performed Clear Jam/Fix Problem. The error cleared. The customer, Theodore, ran tests to verify the recycler working as normal and it was. Issue resolved.

On arrival store stated the cst 3 and 4 were not given bills, unit showed a cst monfig error, cst 3 empty, cst 4 had bill jams in 4a and 4b, $5 and $10 bills in 4a sec, cleaned and blew out unit components, cleared and refeed bills into cst 4 successfully, cleared and refeed rejects successfully, on doing verification for csts 4 and 5 cst 4 failed, all bills disp out of 4a but stayed in cst 1 instead of returning back to 4a, cleared error, before I could run another verification was told by manager the unit was need soon because of store rush, tested 300 bills disp and dep with store manager Donavon x2 successfully, unit is up and operational ;

Arrived on site and got with Manager Robin, who provided access to the recycler. I then proceeded to swap out the required parts and power the unit back on. The recycler initially powered on and appeared to be operating correctly. I was waiting for Robin to finish her transaction so I could complete testing. After logging in, I saw that the recycler was showing as inoperable. The error code that had previously been present for cassette 3 was now showing for cassette 5. I attempted to reset the cassettes and clear the error code, but the reset failed. I then called Sesami and got in contact with Eddie. Eddie instructed me to empty cassettes 3 and 5. I got with Manager Danielle, and we removed the money from the cassettes and secured it so it could be fed back into the recycler after troubleshooting was completed. Arrived on site and got with Manager Robin, who provided access to the recycler. I then proceeded to swap out the required parts and power the unit back on. The recycler initially powered on and appeared to be operating correctly. I was waiting for Robin to finish her transaction so I could complete testing. After logging in, I saw that the recycler was showing as inoperable. The error code that had previously been present for cassette 3 was now showing for cassette 5. I attempted to reset the cassettes and clear the error code, but the reset failed. I then called Sesami and got in contact with Eddie. Eddie instructed me to empty cassettes 3 and 5. I got with Manager Danielle, and we removed the money from the cassettes and secured it so it could be fed back into the recycler after troubleshooting was completed.
